Course 1.2 · ClO₂ – CDS: Production Methods
Learn to produce chlorine dioxide (CDS) with technical rigour and a clear method.
Open and closed methods, chemistry, purity, stabilisation and quality control of chlorine dioxide, explained step by step by Eng. Martín Ramírez, PhD.
Immediate access · 100% online and flexible training
Summer prices only until 30 June
Producing chlorine dioxide without method or control has consequences.
Today, anyone who wants to produce CDS with technical judgement faces three major barriers.
Scattered and contradictory information
Too many methods circulate online, without technical criteria to distinguish rigour from improvisation.
Production without quality control
Producing without mastering purity, concentration or stabilisation compromises both the result and safety.
No method and no support
Learning by trial and error, without a structured process or a technical community to support your work.
It is not your fault. Rigorous technical information on CDS production had not been available in a structured format. Until now.
Produce with technical judgement
The chemistry, open and closed production methods, and quality control of chlorine dioxide, explained step by step.
Critical judgement
You will learn to interpret all available information about ClO₂ with technical rigour.
Safety and rigour
You will understand how CDS is prepared, its raw materials and the precautions for use.
Quality control
You will learn to produce, stabilise and preserve CDS with method and traceability.
“Technical knowledge of chlorine dioxide, finally structured and within reach of any professional.”
Dr. Andreas Kalcker · Eng. Martín Ramírez, PhD · 20+ years of research
Eng. Martín Ramírez and the programme team
Technical direction for production, with medical tutorials supporting every student throughout the training.

Eng. Martín Ramírez, PhD
Engineer, physicist and researcher. More than 15 years in electromagnetic therapies and more than 11 years in CDS production methods. Creator of Mara ClO₂ technology and Research Director at ALK Foundation.
"The quality of the production determines the quality of the result. Producing with precision means producing with judgement."
From molecular origin to production
Course 1.2 covers open and closed systems, precursors, purity and stabilisation. The difference between producing and producing with technical judgement.
Global access with translation
A campus without language barriers. Students from more than 40 countries attend with real-time simultaneous translation.
Live medical tutorials
A team of doctors answers questions and reviews clinical cases throughout the programme. Not just classes: real support.
Tutorial team
Doctors who support you throughout the course
Dr. Orquídea López
Clinical tutorials and support for students throughout the entire training.
Dr. Eduardo Cáceres

Practice and quality control
A campus without language borders or access barriers.
The Multilingual Campus operates with real-time simultaneous translation for students across Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Pacific. Every session is accessible in your native language without losing technical depth.

"Fascinating. Thank you, Eng. Ramírez, for a course that truly breaks down the CDS molecule without making it feel complicated. Thank you to the translation team and everyone behind the scenes. An inspiring training experience. I am moving forward with real enthusiasm."
"The classes were brilliant, worthy of five stars. It has been a pleasure to learn from people who teach with genuine passion. Each shared their knowledge, scientific background and practical experience with clarity. It was also a pleasure to share the classes with other students."
"I started Course 1.2 in February 2025 and wanted to thank the whole team. At school, chemistry and physics never interested me much — perhaps it depended on the teacher. Here it is different: after only two sessions, I knew it would be excellent all the way through. It complements Course 1.1 very well."
"Dear Martín, thank you for such competent work and for the warm way you transmit knowledge. In my 72 years I have had many excellent teachers, and I am deeply grateful: you are, by far, one of the best. My thanks also to the whole team for your essential support."
"Thank you. Extraordinary, passionate people and exemplary teaching… a real pleasure."

Your questions answered
Who is this course for?
For anyone who wants to understand — not just follow instructions — how chlorine dioxide is produced: professionals, producers, therapists and independent learners seeking technical judgement, quality control and safety. You do not need to be a chemist or to have taken Course 1.1, although the two complement each other very well.
Do I need prior chemistry knowledge?
No. The programme starts with the molecule and moves step by step from foundations to practice. Eng. Martín Ramírez explains each technical concept clearly and in a structured way, without assuming prior knowledge.
What exactly will I learn to do?
You will learn to produce chlorine dioxide (CDS and CDI) using open and closed methods, controlling purity, concentration, stabilisation and preservation. You will finish with your own technical criteria for distinguishing a good production process from an improvised one.
What is the difference between the Standard Plan and the Plus Plan?
Both plans include the same complete syllabus across the 10 units. The Plus Plan adds one-year access to the virtual campus, live classes, medical tutorials and the international community. The Standard Plan lets you progress at your own pace with all recorded content.
