Course 1.2 · ClO₂ – CDS: Production Methods
Learn to produce chlorine dioxide (CDS) with technical rigor and a clear method.
Open and closed methods, chemistry, purity, stabilization, and quality control of chlorine dioxide, explained step by step by Eng. Martín Ramírez, PhD.
Immediate access · 100% online and flexible training
Summer pricing ends on June 30
Producing chlorine dioxide without method and control has consequences.
Today, anyone who wants to produce CDS with technical criteria faces three major barriers.
Fragmented and contradictory information
Too many methods circulate online, with no technical criterion to distinguish rigorous practice from improvisation.
Production without quality control
Producing without mastering purity, concentration, or stabilization compromises both results and safety.
No method or guidance
Learning by trial and error, without a structured process or a technical community to support your work.
It is not your fault. Rigorous technical information about CDS production had not been available in a structured format. Until now.
Production with technical criteria
The chemistry, production methods —open and closed— and chlorine dioxide quality control, explained step by step.
Critical judgment
You will learn to interpret all available information on ClO₂ with technical rigor.
Safety and rigor
You will understand CDS preparation, its raw materials, and usage precautions.
Quality control
You will learn to produce, stabilize, and preserve CDS with method and traceability.
“Technical knowledge of chlorine dioxide, finally structured and accessible to every professional.”
Dr. Andreas Kalcker · Eng. Martín Ramírez, PhD · 20+ years of research
Eng. Martín Ramírez and the program team
Technical direction for production, with medical tutoring sessions that support every student throughout the training.

Eng. Martín Ramírez, PhD
Engineer, physicist, and researcher. More than 15 years in electromagnetic therapies and more than 11 years in CDS production methods. Creator of Mara ClO₂ technology and Research Director at ALK Foundation.
“Production quality determines result quality. Producing with precision means producing with criteria.”
From molecular origin to production
Course 1.2 covers open and closed systems, precursors, purity, and stabilization. The difference between producing and producing with technical criteria.
Global access with translation
A campus without language barriers. Students from more than 40 countries attend with real-time simultaneous translation.
Live medical tutoring sessions
A team of doctors answers questions and discusses clinical cases throughout the program. Not just classes: real support.
Tutoring team

“Fascinating. Thank you, Engineer Ramírez, for a training program that truly breaks down the CDS molecule without making it feel complicated. Thank you to Estefanía for the technical translations and to the entire team behind it. A truly fascinating training. I am moving forward with great enthusiasm. Infinite gratitude.”
“Brilliant classes, worthy of those five stars. It has been a pleasure to learn from five people who teach with passion. Each one shared from their knowledge, their scientific and empirical-scientific experience. It has also been a pleasure to be with the classmates in class. Thank you.”
“I started Master 1.2 in February 2025 and wanted to thank all of you. In school, chemistry and physics never interested me much, which I now regret; I suppose it depended on the teacher. You are much better: after only two sessions, I am sure it will be excellent through the end. I am looking forward to learning more. So far, it complements Master 1.1 very well.”
“Dear Martín, thank you very much for your highly competent work and your warm way of sharing knowledge. In my 72 years of life, I have had many excellent teachers, and I am very grateful to you: you are by far the best. A huge thank you also to all the assistants —Nadja, Gabriel, Frizzi—and to the team for your extremely important support.”
“Thank you. Extraordinary and passionate people, exemplary teaching… pure enjoyment. Thank you.”

We answer your questions
Who is this course for?
For anyone who wants to understand —not just follow instructions— how chlorine dioxide is produced: professionals, producers, therapists, and independent learners seeking technical criteria, quality control, and safety. You do not need to be a chemist or have completed 1.1, although both courses complement each other very well.
Do I need prior chemistry knowledge?
No. The program starts with the molecule and moves step by step from fundamentals to practice. Eng. Martín Ramírez explains each technical concept clearly and in a structured way, without assuming prior knowledge.
What exactly will I learn to do?
You will learn to produce chlorine dioxide (CDS and CDI) using open and closed methods, while controlling purity, concentration, stabilization, and preservation. You will finish with your own technical criteria to distinguish a good production process from an improvised one.
What is the difference between the Standard Plan and the Plus Plan?
Both plans include the same complete syllabus of 10 units. The Plus Plan adds access to the virtual campus for one year, live classes, medical tutoring sessions, and the international community. The Standard Plan lets you progress at your own pace with all recorded content.
